Let me save you some time - you'll truly like this place. The second I arrived I knew I'll be amazed in this place. The staff in this hotel are first class. I totally fancied every aspect of this hotel!! I dug how the lobby was smart, the room-service was appropriate, and the toilet smelled exquisite. Furthermore, I liked the room. All in all, we would visit there sometimes in the future!!!!

Annoying rooms
I just visited there recently, and disapproved of it! We certainly won't forget it here. I honestly was not more than fine my suites. The downstairs lobby seemed lousy, the bathroom was absolutely corrupt, and I disliked the front desk, it was second rate: I totally hated this place and everything in it. The other suites were quite smelly. In conclusion, we extremely don't recommend it!

Not bad but not suitable
We truly disapproved of it! The couple to my right were loud, it was upsetting. I was ok by how not clean they keep the bathroom, and the lobby was unstylish! I very hated everything this place offers. Moreover, I was displeased my rooms. It's disgusting. And especially with this type of cash!!! We will definitely not return.

Friendly but too many noisy children
This place is the worst in all of London. The TV was inoperative when we were spending a night there. The people in this hotel are unfriendly. Besides, the bed was just uncomfortable, the employees in the front desk service were useless, and also the lobby was common - I was totally agitated with this hotel. I don't suggest Terstan Hotel London.

a quite magnificent retreat
