felt honestly satisfied there!! The room was spectacular. The staff in this hotel are wonderful. I ultra treasured everything about this hotel:, the downstairs lobby was enormous, the bathroom was new looking, and also the workers in the front desk service were expert. To sum it up, I recommend Novotel Waterloo Hotel London to anyone that is searching for a swell hotel in London!

Overpriced
it was totally ordinary in this hotel. The bed was quite detestable, and the main lobby was dreadful - I hated this place. They give a stupid childcare service. The air conditioning was inoperative when we were stopping there. I'm surely not coming back to this place!!!!

You will dig this hotel!! I treasured my room. They give a fantastic child care service. I was simply pleased with it there - the reception desk was perfect, the bed was extremely huge, and the lobby was dashing. Even the guests in this place were impeccable. We miss it already!!!

Novotel Waterloo Hotel London is fun
This place is the greatest. As soon as we checked in we could recognize the comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. People there are gorgeous. I was impressed my suites. I truly valued how the lobby was sophisticated, the bed was spectacular, and the room-service was useful - I was absolutely impressed with this hotel and every aspect of it. All in all, we recommend this place if you look for a heavenly place in London!

Fantastic hotel
I stayed in this place a few days ago after I viewd pictures provided on the place's website, and felt absolutely cool there! Upon my arrival I felt it's gonna be an enticing holiday. The downstairs lobby was roomy, and the room service was applicable, I truly loved every aspect of this hotel. The suite was really awesome. And also, I liked the guests here. In summary, we will lodge at Novotel Waterloo Hotel London in the future!!

I checked into here with my husband after hearing of it from a friend, and I genuinely had a magnificent holiday!! I exceptionally loved the room. I was impressed with the whole place: the room service was suitable, the odor in the toilet was impeccable, and the downstairs lobby was tremendous. They're children friendly it's agreeable. People in this hotel are delightful, I loved them. If you aim for an outstanding place in London, this hotel is terribly approved by my standards!!

Fine but not suitable
I pretty disfavored it in this hotel. The elevators were inoperative when I was spending a night there. I was nauseated with this joint! The bed was intolerable, the reception desk workers were unwelcoming, the room service was irritating, and also I was barely fine by how nasty they keep the bathroom. Everybody in this place were terrible. I I could not stand babies in this hotel. It's absolutely not a place to return to.

felt really appalled there!! This hotel truly is impossible to forget. They have an exceptionally upsetting childcare service. The TV was not operating when I was lodging there. I disliked the reception desk - it was completely second rate, and the fragrance in the toilet was disgusting!! I was merely fine with every aspect of this place. To sum up, this hotel is a neglected hotel.
