Not truly bad but needs to replace the service
You will be discontent there. As we were arriving we felt it's gonna be an annoying holiday. People there were bad-mannered. The room-service was so unsuitable, the toilet smelled lousy, and also the lobby seemed totally plain - I terribly disapproved of everything about this hotel. You extremely could not see that the place was recently renovated. It looked not stylish. The suite was disappointing. They should have better conditions in such a hotel. To sum it all up, if you want to get a fun place in London don't lodge at this place!!!

I extremely disliked it in this hotel. The main service there is upsetting. I was not thrilled with how not clean they keep the bed, and the lobby was ordinary - I absolutely hated everything this place offers. The guests next door were rude, it really was upsetting. You could not notice that the place was recently renovated. It looks plain. Moreover, the air conditioning was not operating when I was visiting there. I extremely do not recommend this one!!

You're gonna be not more than fine at this place. I could not tell that the place was recently refurnished. It looked average. The electricity was not working when I was visiting there. The smell in the toilet was crummy, the room service was inefficient, and also the lobby was disappointing, I was not more than OK with it here. They simply should know better then this standard in a place like this!!! In conclusion, we probably would not recommend this hotel to our associates!!!

Griffin House Hotel London is totally an exquisite place!
You're going to appreciate this hotel. The rooms were really amazing. The people in this place are nice. I prized the room-service, it was simply outstanding, the downstairs lobby was top notch - I liked it, and the bed was convenient! I was pretty excited with this hotel. You extremely could tell that the place was recently re-done. In a nutshell, I recommend Griffin House Hotel London if you stay at London.

Nasty
I invited my family here after searching the website. Were totally disgruntled by it. The bed was completely nice, the main lobby looked average, and the front desk was annoying!! I was sickened with everything about it. The elevators were not operating when I was checking in there. And I must tell you, you could not tell that the place was recently renovated - I totally loathed the appearance. We're surely never going back!

Ultimate one in London!!
This hotel is first class!! As soon as we parked the car we knew we'll be satisfied in this place. I was really dazzled with every aspect of this hotel - the lobby looked spectacular, and I adored the bed, it was extremely homelike. You could see that the place was recently renovated. I liked the decor. I loved my suites. We couldn't wait to leave!!!

I recently visited Griffin House Hotel London, and it was totally stupid. The second we were parking we felt it's gonna be a disappointing stay. You totally could not see that the place was recently redecorated. I extremely had contempt for it here - the room service was extremely incompetent, and the toilet was unclean. The elevators were not working when I was sleeping there., I will not advise this place to our chums!!!

Modest but annoying rooms
In my opinion, you are going to resent this hotel! I could not notice that the place was recently renovated, I loathed the hotel's new look. I absolutely was dissatisfied my rooms. And to top that, I was not thrilled with every aspect of this place: the check in desk was unsuitable, the lobby looked pretty tasteless, and I was barely OK by how filthy the toilet was. If you go for having a disappointing visit go to Griffin House Hotel London. I couldn't wait to leave!!!

Overpriced
Myself and my husband checked into this place after seeing pictures illustrated in the hotel's website. I absolutely enjoyed it! The moment I I was there I knew I would be content with Griffin House Hotel London. I was just pleased with everything about this place: they keep the toilet fresh, the reception desk was delightful, and the main lobby was totally smashing. I even appreciated the guests there. I utterly dug my rooms. On top of that, you ultra could notice that the place was recently renovated. It is exactly what one loves in a place of this level. I terribly approve this hotel
