Undesirable retreat
I was spending some time there last night. I it was extremely bad. I surely won't forget this location. The heating was malfunctioning when I was checking in there. The room to my right were quite noisy. And I must add, the lobby was second rate, I hated it, the reception service was annoying, and the fragrances in the toilet were disappointing - I was totally upset with every aspect of this hotel. I would absolutely not stay again to Elena Hotel London.

A extraordinary location
I stayed in London for the 6th time, and I was advised to lodge at Elena Hotel London and I completely had the nicest experience. As soon as I set foot there I knew I will enjoy this place. I was completely amazed with this hotel and every aspect of it - the lobby was awesome, and the room-service was truly effective. I adored the visitors here. I was content my suite. It's exactly what one loves in a hotel like this. All in all, I recommend Elena Hotel London if you are searching for a terrific hotel in London

Roomy but needs to be upgraded
Allow me to suggest, you'll be merely OK in this place! The vibe here was terrible. I was so stirred with it there - the lobby was shitty, and the odors in the bathroom were annoying. The heating was not operating when I was sleeping there. Moreover, the couple next door were rude, it really was a nuisance. In conclusion, I wouldn't encourage this hotel!

Me and my cousin got a room at this place like three or four months ago after a colleague advised me, and was completely o.k. With it. I even dug the people here. I adored my room. I terribly dug it there: the bed made me truly convenient and comfortable, and the reception was helpful. It is everything that one expects of a hotel of this standard. I utterly urge you to check out Elena Hotel London if you're looking for a perfect place in London!!

I was just in Elena Hotel London a while ago and it was very terrific! I was just thrown with everything about this place! - the downstairs lobby was chic, and the reception employees were accommodating. Even the visitors in this place were classy. Oh, guess what else, I totally dug the room. Next time I'm going for amazing hotel this is the place to check into. I miss it already!
