This place is an outstanding hotel!
I truly had an extraordinary experience in there!! I was happy with this hotel and everyone in it! - I was content with how clean they keep the bed, and also the lobby was grandiose. I even enjoyed the visitors there. I very loved my room. It is everything that I wish for in going to a vacation at a hotel like this! This place is very recommended.

Needs to upgrade the dining room
hated it at Best Western Swiss Cottage Hotel London! I really despised this joint: the bed was small, the reception service was incompetent, and the downstairs lobby seemed just bad. The heating was not working when we were visiting there. If you go for a having a mediocre visit don't go to this hotel. It's absolutely not a place to go back to.

I recently took a room in this hotel and it was very peachy. I was dazzled with everything this place has to offer! - I was amazed by how shiny clean they keep the toilet, the main lobby was first rate - I enjoyed it, and also the check in service was great. Even the people in this hotel were sublime. Plus, the suites were quite amazing. If you aim for an outstanding place in London, this hotel is recommended by me.

Reasonable but unhelpful staff
I was just spending some time at this hotel last night and disfavored it in this place! The main lobby was very moderate, and the bed was so crummy, I was merely ok with this joint. The suites were quite bad. If you go for an expansive place, go to this place. It's surely not a place to return to!!!!

You'll completely detest this place! Everyone in this hotel were irritating. I just disliked the room. On top of that, I was disgusted with the entire place, I truly detested the main lobby - it was undesirable, the bed was roomy, and also the front desk service was so so. I really do not recommend this hotel!!!

Brilliant vacation
I just returned from there last week and had an exceptional stay there!! The second I came in the door I could feel the awesome ambiance of the hotel. I loved every aspect of this place! -, the fragrance in the toilet was fun, and the lobby was simply furbished. I pretty was content my rooms. Everybody in this hotel were wonderful. And there's more, I would stay at Best Western Swiss Cottage Hotel London again.

I felt pleased there!! As soon as I I was there I knew it's gonna be a pleasant place. I was impressed with how spotless the bathroom was, the lobby was utterly sublime, I liked it, and also I just liked the check in service - I was happy with everything this hotel has to offer.
