You'll be honestly not satisfied there. As soon as we checked in we knew we would dislike this hotel.
People in this hotel were disgusting.
I detested how the lobby was plain, the room-service workers were inappropriate, and also the bed was extremely lousy!! I was totally inconvenient with every aspect of this hotel.
The elevators were not working when we were spending a night there. If you are going to London you shouldn't lodge at this one!!!!

The heating was not operating when we were lodging there.

Everyone in this place were disgusting. I'm used to more from a hotel of this standard. I'm surely never going back there!!!
