You'll be honestly not satisfied there. As soon as we checked in we knew we would dislike this hotel. People in this hotel were disgusting. I detested how the lobby was plain, the room-service workers were inappropriate, and also the bed was extremely lousy!! I was totally inconvenient with every aspect of this hotel. The elevators were not working when we were spending a night there. If you are going to London you shouldn't lodge at this one!!!!

Comfortable but bad choice
Save yourselves, this hotel is the crummiest in all of London!! The whole go there is disappointing. The heating was not operating when we were lodging there. I really disliked every aspect of this place! The room service was incompetent, the bed was intolerable, and also the main lobby was totally mediocre. Everyone in this place were disgusting. I'm used to more from a hotel of this standard. I'm surely never going back there!!!

I liked Strand Palace Hotel London!!
I loved it! As I was arriving I recognized the nourishing ambiance of this hotel. The people here were excellent. I just treasured every aspect of this place - the room-service was suitable, and the main lobby was gorgeous. Plus, the suites were extremely swell. I am surely coming back!

Grand fun!!!
It was our 1st stay in London, and lodged at this hotel, and we truly had an excellent experience. People there are impeccable - I liked them. The rooms were terribly impressive. Besides, the toilet smelled wonderful, the main lobby was first class, and also I was thrown by how new looking the bed was! - I was totally excited with this hotel.
