Nice but unfriendly staff
It was my 1st stay in London, and I got rooms at this place. I felt offended with it. The service here is unspeakable. The elevators were inoperative when I was sleeping there. I truly hated everything about this hotel! - the scent in the bathroom was dreadful, and the main lobby was upsetting. It was so upsetting to get from there to the airport. It's unspeakable, even more so with a lot of cash involved., we would not advise Shandon House Hotel London to our fellows.

Beautiful times
fancied it in this joint. Immediately upon my arrival I could feel the legendary atmosphere this hotel gives you. I completely was impressed the suite. It was truly comfortable to get to the airport from there. They keep the bathroom immaculately clean, the lobby was pretty a-list, I liked it, and the reception desk was great!! I was excited with every aspect of this hotel. The staff in this place were cordial. To sum it all up, I just advise this hotel if you are traveling to London!

Upsetting service
I it was really common there! The reception was second rate, the main lobby was truly disappointing, and also the fragrance in the toilet was terrible - I disdained this hotel and every aspect of it. The electricity was not operating when I was spending a night there. It's truly upsetting to get to the airport from there. The staff in this hotel were unfit, I hated it. There gotta be an improvement in their conditions in this kind of a place. To sum it all up, this place is a pricey hotel!!!!

Shandon House Hotel London is a perfect place
I truly had a fantastic time in there! I truly loved everything about this hotel! - they keep the toilet fresh, and the lobby was quite beautifully looking. It was very easy to get to the airport from there. Even the visitors here were excellent. And I must add, the rooms were a-list. Next time I am looking for perfect location this is quite the place to book rooms at!!
