Upsetting service
I was visiting London for the second time, and I lodged at Palace Marble Arch Hotel London, and was truly unsatisfied there. Palace Marble Arch Hotel London will stay in my memory. The lobby was completely disappointing, the bed made me feel absolutely cramped and fine, and the room-service was unsatisfactory! - I was not thrilled with the whole place. The people in this place are unsatisfactory. Plus, the air conditioning was not working when I was staying there., this hotel is a dirty place!!!!

Beautiful
You are going to be content at this hotel. The toilet was simply fresh, I dug the lobby, it was top notch, and the room service people were nice - I simply adored everything about this place. Besides, the suite was just spectacular., I will likely sleep at Palace Marble Arch Hotel London on occasion!!!

Must upgrade the lounge
We were unsatisfied by it. They keep the bed not clean, the lobby was unspeakable, and also the front desk was irritating - I extremely disdained every aspect of this hotel. On top of that, I was barely ok my rooms. We're absolutely used to better from a hotel like this!!! We certainly will miss it.

Small
This place is mediocre!! The feel in this hotel is bad. The main lobby seemed second rate, and the bed made me very intolerable and nice - I completely disdained this place and every aspect of it. The suite was simply disgusting. In addition, people there are annoying. To sum it up, I don't recommend it!
