I absolutely disliked it. The nearby room were noisy, it simply was upsetting. The heating was not operating when we were sleeping there. I really loathed this hotel and everyone in it! The check in desk was dreadful, the fragrance in the toilet was crummy, and the bed was common. I despise that they allow dogs inside - it's simply undesirable. It's absolutely not a place to come back to!!!!

You will really hate it there. As soon as I got there I could feel the unbearable vibes in the place. The people in this place are discourteous. I dislike that they allow pets in - it's really common. I was totally annoyed with everything about this hotel! The front desk service was unsatisfactory, the lobby looked ultra despicable, and they keep the bed not clean. To top that, the air conditioning was not operating when I was visiting there. If you visit London you must try to keep distance from Novotel West Hotel London.

Listen, you are going to love this hotel!! I don't think I'll ever forget Novotel West Hotel London. I loved the way the lobby was amazingly styled, and the room-service was first rate! I visited Novotel West Hotel London with fellow. We were completely o.k. By it. Upon our arrival we recognized the freshening atmosphere in this place. Even the visitors in this place were smashing. I was impressed the rooms. I loved the room service - it was truly gorgeous, the bed was impressive, and also I really dug how the downstairs lobby was nicely fashioned - I was dazzled with everything this place offers. My suggestion, this hotel is bad. As soon as I arrived I knew I would resent this place. I have contempt for that they accept dogs in, it's extremely crummy. The elevators were not operating when we were spending a night there. The room service was ungrateful, and also the downstairs lobby looked terrible! I simply had contempt for everything this hotel offers. And there's more, people in this hotel were common. In brief, if you are visiting London don't lodge at this place!
