A lovely time
I was at this hotel a couple of days ago, and very liked it. The second we set foot in the place we sensed the great ambiance of this place. The reception was quite awesome, the lobby was giant, the bed was homelike, and also: I was excited with everything about this place. Even the people there were perfect. The suite was simply gigantic. It's definitely what we bargain for in a hotel of this quality!! In conclusion, I will make this hotel my regular hotel in London.

Allow me to suggest, this place sucks!! I despised this joint, the lobby looked crummy, and they keep the toilet really unclean. I hated the room. Moreover, the staff there are awful. I do not approve this hotel.

Grand but overpriced
I lodged at this hotel with my father last time we were at London after hearing of it from some fellows, and were totally let down there! The service here is undesirable. The guests near me were terribly making a lot of noise, it really disturbed me. I despised this hotel - I was not thrilled by how dirty the bathroom was, I exceptionally disliked the way moderate the lobby was, and the front desk people were bad-mannered. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working when we were sleeping there. To sum up, we don't recommend it!!!!
