Decorated but bad shape
Take my word, this place is mediocre. The heating was not working when we were visiting there. And let's not forget, I disfavored every aspect of this place: the workers in the room service were unfit, and the bathroom smelled second rate. Won't ever come back there.

Noisy place
had a common holiday at Lidos Hotel London!! The downstairs lobby was quite lousy, the bed was crowded, and the reception desk was awful - I exceptionally despised this hotel. I was not thrilled the suite. On top of that, the guests near me were making a lot of noise, I couldn't fall asleep. It's uncomfortable, and mainly when it's so overpriced staying in a place of this quality! Won't return to Lidos Hotel London!!!

I truly had a nice experience there. As soon as I I was there I knew I'll be extremely happy with this hotel. This hotel is the best in all of London!! The main lobby was tasteful, the bed was truly new looking, and also I appreciated the front desk - it was extraordinary, I was content with this joint. Even the people there were fine. The suite was terribly lovely.. We definitely will miss this place!

Spacious but needs to be revived
It was our 2nd stay in London, we checked into Lidos Hotel London. Were absolutely nauseated with it! The ambiance there is uncomfortable. I detested the bed - it's really ok, the lobby was terrible, I loathed it, and the room service was deficient! I was nauseated with the whole place. The people in this place are bad-mannered. Add to that, the rooms were honestly common. We would not go back there!!!

I it was extremely fun there!! The overall hospitality in this place is amazing. I extremely was thrown my suites. I loved how spectacular the lobby was, the smell in the bathroom was top notch, and the employees in the room service were helping - I was pleased with the whole place.
