I adored the front desk, it was sublime, I loved the bed - it's ultra comfy, the downstairs lobby was stylish, and also the toilet was simply impeccably clean. Even the visitors in this place were terrific. The hotel's location was extraordinary, I liked it - it took me moments to get to the main shopping areas from where I was. Just an advice, this place is upsetting. The minute we parked the car we knew it's gonna be a plain place. The electricity was not operating when we were stopping there. They keep the bed nasty, the people in the room service were incompetent, and I extremely resented how the lobby was shitty: I was not too satisfied with every aspect of this hotel. And also, the neighboring couple were vulgar, I had tough time going to sleep. There gotta be better standards. just went to Leonard Hotel And Residence London, and loathed it. The nearby suite were noisy, it really was annoying. The TV was not working when we were lodging there. In my opinion, you'll love this hotel!! The minute we arrived we knew we would like Leonard Hotel And Residence London. I really was satisfied my suite. I enjoyed the people there. And I must add, the workers in the room service were good-hearted, and I appreciated how large the downstairs lobby was, I simply dug every aspect of this place.
