I just stayed there recently and it was so upsetting!! I don't think we'll ever forget it here. I loathed the suites. People in this hotel are shitty. On top of that, I totally disapproved of this place!! The bed made me really OK and cramped, and the lobby was lousy, I despised it. We probably expect better conditions of we're staying in such a place! To sum it up, anyone that visits London don't go to this one!

This place is the shittiest. I quite disfavored my rooms. The reception service was unhelpful, the bed was cramped, and also the downstairs lobby was common, I loathed it! - I hated the whole place. The close by suite were smelly, I couldn't get rest. In conclusion, we don't suggest Lensbury Hotel London.
