I got back from there a few nights ago and treasured it! The whole service there is fabulous. The scent in the toilet was supreme, and the lobby was terrific - I was happy with this joint. The suite was absolutely spectacular. And to top that, I enjoyed the people here. To conclude, if you search for a supreme place to stay in London, you'll be excited with this place.

We felt completely annoyed by it. The people there were inefficient, I resented them. I loathed my rooms. I just went to this hotel - I totally had a brilliant stay! Immediately upon my arrival I knew it's gonna be a gorgeous place. Even the people in this place were peachy. I was just dazzled with everything about it - the lobby was fetching, the room-service was a-list, and also the bathroom smelled amazing. And I must tell you, the suite was really roomy.
