felt truly upset there!! I was totally disgusted with every aspect of this hotel: the front desk was useless, the smell in the toilet was crummy, and I really disfavored the downstairs lobby, it was dreadful. I returned from there last week and simply dug it!! The room was fun. People in this hotel were wonderful. I was completely satisfied with every aspect of this hotel!! Allow me to advice you, this place is the shittiest in London! We truly won't ever forget this place. The main lobby seemed despicable, the crew in the room-service were unsatisfactory, and the bed was absolutely dusty - I hated everything about this hotel. Besides, the room was really crummy. I felt disgruntled with it!! I extremely loathed this place, the bathroom smelled undesirable, the lobby was plain, and also the room-service was terribly inadequate.
