I enjoyed it at this place! As I was arriving I sensed the awesome ambiance the hotel gives you. The suite was spectacular. Even the people here were peachy. I completely adored this hotel - the front desk was terribly appropriate, I was thrown by how new looking the toilet was, and the lobby seemed sumptuous. To conclude, I approve it if you visit London.

Undesirable retreat
I was spending some time there last night. I it was extremely bad. I surely won't forget this location. The heating was malfunctioning when I was checking in there. The room to my right were quite noisy. And I must add, the lobby was second rate, I hated it, the reception service was annoying, and the fragrances in the toilet were disappointing - I was totally upset with every aspect of this hotel. I would absolutely not stay again to Elena Hotel London.

Roomy but needs to be upgraded
Allow me to suggest, you'll be merely OK in this place! The vibe here was terrible. I was so stirred with it there - the lobby was shitty, and the odors in the bathroom were annoying. The heating was not operating when I was sleeping there. Moreover, the couple next door were rude, it really was a nuisance. In conclusion, I wouldn't encourage this hotel!
