Loud and needs to improve the lobby
I had an annoying holiday at Conrad Hotel London. Everybody there are stupid. The heating was not operating when we were lodging there. I hated this place! They keep the bed really dusty, the lobby was crummy, and also I was stirred with how soiled they keep the toilet. If you look for disgusting stay, go to this one. We couldn't wait to go back home.
