Peaceful retreat
This hotel is bitchin! As soon as we entered the door we felt the great go this place has. I really was excited the suite. Besides, the front desk was useful, the downstairs lobby was scrumptious, and also the bed was pleasant - I honestly enjoyed this place. We really approve this hotel if you are going to London.

Annoying laundry service
Myself and my boyfriend lodged at there last time I stopped at London because my mates said to me and I totally hated it! City Hotel London certainly is impossible to forget. The nearby guests were extremely annoying. The TV was inoperative when we were stopping there. To top that, the bathroom smelled bad, and the room service was annoying! I truly disliked it here. All in all, I can't recommend this place!!!

What a totally wonderful retreat!!
I just spent some time in this place and it was really stunning in there!! The feel here is wonderful. I was pleased with everything about this hotel!! The odor in the toilet was perfect, I so liked the lobby, and the front desk service was just awesome - I loved it. On top of that, the rooms were lavish. It's definitely what one wishes for in a hotel of this quality. If you look for having an awesome vacation this is the place we'll choose. It's totally a place to go back to.

Decorated but needs better swimming pool
I recently took a room in this place, and terribly had a despicable stay. The check in desk was irritating - I hated it, and I disliked the lobby, it was exceptionally bad - I was not more than ok with everything about it. And to top that, the air conditioning was not working when we were lodging there. In conclusion, this hotel is without a doubt a noisy hotel!

Noisy
My suggestion, this hotel sucks! The moment we we were there we knew we would be not happy in this place. I really resented everything about it! The check in desk was awful - I hated it, and the lobby was terrible looking. The heating was malfunctioning when I was visiting there. Moreover, the nearby family were extremely making a lot of noise, it simply was a nuisance. We quite cannot approve this one!!!

Disgusting place
My family and I lodged at City Hotel London around four or five days ago, and we really disapproved of it. We certainly won't forget it here. The air conditioning was not operating when we were lodging there. I was just upset with this hotel and everything about it! I was not too satisfied by how not clean they keep the bed, I had contempt for the room-service, it was extremely mediocre, and the toilet was not clean. Everybody in this place are terrible. In summary, I possibly wouldn't advise this hotel!!!

Good but needs an upgrade
I took rooms at this hotel about 6 days back after seeing pictures provided at the travel agency, and I totally had an undesirable visit in there!! The room was absolutely lousy. And let's not forget, the main lobby looked terrible, the toilet smelled so so, and also the reception was unhelpful! I had contempt for this place. I'm absolutely not going back there!!!!

Extraordinary hotel
This place is top notch! I really dug the lobby, it was first class, and the smell in the toilet was smashing - I was honestly dazzled with everything this place has to offer. And let's not forget, the suite was supreme. In a nutshell, I will most likely sleep at City Hotel London again!!
