This place is the shittiest in London. As I was arriving I knew it's gonna be a nice holiday. I was honestly disgusted with this hotel! - the lobby was common, and the room service was unsuitable. The family nearby were vulgar, I hated it. The TV was inoperative when I was checking in there. It's bad. I'm surely not going back there.

I was honestly excited with this place and everything in it - the room-service was first class, the lobby was exceptional - I fancied it, I was content with how shiny clean they keep the bed, and the workers in the front desk service were skilled.
