Fine
My husband took me here for a couple of days last July after seeing the photographs posted on the hotel's site, and felt absolutely pleased there. The minute I checked in I knew I'm gonna adore this hotel.
I was content with how clean the bathroom was, I really dug the reception service - it was superb, and they keep the bed immaculately clean! - I prized it there.
I completely appreciated the suite. On top of that, people in this hotel are welcoming. In a nutshell, I advise you to take rooms at it if you stay at London!

Huge but overpriced
I booked a room there for a short week and I totally had the most awful visit in there!! The minute I came in the door I knew I will be very upset with this place.
The TV was malfunctioning when I was spending a night there.
I was totally not thrilled with this joint - the bed was simply OK, the lobby was common, and also the room service was unwelcoming. I extremely can't suggest it!!!

Moderate but too many loud kids
Allow me to advice you, you'll hate this hotel.
The reception desk crew were bad-mannered, the bed made me feel completely ok and disagreeable, the lobby was not big, and the room-service was upsetting - I so disliked everything this place has to offer.
I was not too happy my room. Moreover, everybody in this hotel are mean, I disfavored it. There ought to be an upgrade in the quality! To sum it all up, I likely will not encourage this place to our acquaintances.

Everybody in this place were perfect. You know what else, the room service was quite impeccable - I loved it, I was content with how fresh they keep the bed, and I liked the way roomy the lobby was, I adored everything this place has to offer. Reasonable but mediocre
It was my 3rd time in London. I stayed in this hotel, and I really had the most annoying stay there!!
I was stirred with everything this place offers - the room service was mean, the bed was vile, and also the main lobby was common.
The air conditioning was not operating when we were lodging there.
Everyone in this hotel are common. It's mainly lousy with this amount of money. It's absolutely not a place to return to!!
